In order to make these waste materials can be used effectively, in recent years the reciprocating fire grate with waste wood as main fuel of industrial boiler and organic carrier furnace has been wide used. Reciprocating grate features reasonable in structure, reliable in performance, convenient in installation and so on.

The inclined air-cooling reciprocating fire grate (briefly as reciprocating fire grate) appears inclined ladder shape that makes the fuel can be moved towards front easily. The reciprocating fire grate consists of fixed fire grate and movable fire grate. The fixed fire grate and movable fire grate are arranged interval each other and piled up together. The movable fire grate will take reciprocating motion through hydraulic transmission. It makes the fuel move uniformly and carry out material feeding (fuel) and discharge slag regularly.
