Detailed Product Description

DZL series steam boiler is horizontal tri-backhaul water fire pipes chain grating quick installed boilers, with the evaporation capacity of 1t/h, 2t/h, 4t/h, 6t/h and working pressure of 0.7,1.0,1.25,1.27MPa. The boiler body frame is singly boiler cylinder portrait type, the length of boiler cylinder and chain grating are extended; appropriate rear arch is arranged to let a rear arch coverage reach 70%; there is air pre-heater at the rear part; the combustion device uses center flexible grating, equipped with bigger blower and induced draft fan.

This series of boiler features compact in structure, small in overall dimensions, new technologies of arch pipe and plate abnormal shaped flue and helix smog pipe, high in heat efficiency, safe and reliable in running, and convenient in transportation and installation.
